Product Description
The X-Series XP-8LPR-550-30 is built for long-range vehicle identification and commercial perimeter monitoring where dependable plate capture matters. Its 8MP sensor delivers up to 3840 × 2160 video at 30fps, while the 5–50mm motorized zoom lens lets installers move from a wider overview to a tightly framed vehicle or license plate image without physically repositioning the camera. The camera also supports 120dB WDR, strong-light suppression, 3D noise reduction, and dedicated LPR-focused imaging for changing day and night conditions.
For 24/7 operation, the camera combines a Starlight sensor with dual warm-light and infrared illumination, providing full-color imaging modes, up to 80m IR coverage, and up to 25m warm-light illumination. Intelligent analytics include license plate recognition, face recognition, pedestrian and vehicle detection, perimeter intrusion, line crossing, object detection, people counting, heat maps, crowd density, queue length, region entrance/exit, and rare-sound detection. Built-in microphone and speaker, alarm I/O, customizable voice, and audio/light alarm functions also support active deterrence applications. Its metal housing is rated IP67, IK10, and NEMA 4X, making it well suited for demanding outdoor commercial security installations.
