Things to note: The low light condition is obvious from the timestamp, window and even the cameras that are towards the top have their IR LEDs on. This means the IR cut filter was triggered due to low light conditions and the image on those cameras are black in white, while the super starlight has absolutely no light emitting from it, yet it still has a colored image in an extremely low light environment.

Please note these images were captured using a 2 megapixel (1080p) capture card, on a 4K (8 megapixel TV) of 5 Megapixel cameras. This means they are being scaled and thus not a 100% true representation of the amazing quality which is attempting to be demonstrated.
